In 2018, New Fortune and Guanghua-Rotman Information and Capital Market Research Center (referred to as "Guanghua-Rotman Research Center") launched the 1st
selection of “New Fortune’s Best Listed Companies”. The selection aimed to increase the trust of international capital in Chinese companies and industries, enhance the capital competitiveness of Chinese companies in the international market, and promote a more transparent and fair capital environment, which is a comprehensive evaluation of the information quality and reputation of Chinese listed companies. The samples of the 1st
selection of “New Fortune’s Best Listed Companies” include 3,027 companies, who listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and (including the main board, the small and medium board, and the GEM) and the Shanghai Stock Exchange before 31 December 2016. Based on the “China Listed Companies Market Transparency Index”, the selection formed a preliminary selection list and conducted due diligence. Then, with a certain weight, the listed company’s transparency index score and due diligence score were summarized, and after obtaining the comprehensive score of each listed company, Finally, after consulting the relevant regulatory agencies, the list of the Top 50 Best New Listed Companies in the New Fortune was produced.
The selection process was independent and impartial, and the results of the selection were objective and authoritative. Shenzhen Expressway stood out in this competition and ranked 14th. It was one of the two listed companies selected by Shenzhen State-owned Assets System and the only one listed company in the road industry.
