The northwest section of the Changsha Ring Expressway is the first asphalt concrete expressway in Hunan Province. It is an important connection line between Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, Changchang North Line Expressway, Changzhang Expressway and many other urban arterial roads. It was established in 1999. Open to traffic in October. The Changsha Ring Expressway starts in the southwest section of the Changsha Ring Expressway in the west, crosses the Xiangjiang River from west to east, and ends at the long-term section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway. There are 6 interchange toll stations and 1 high-speed interchange.
