The project is located in Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, with an installed capacity of 99.4MW, using 38 Nanjing Wind Power NJ140-2.5 wind turbines and 2 Nanjing Wind Power NJ130-2.2 wind turbines. The acquisition of this project has established a good cooperative relationship between Shenzhen Expressway and State Power Investment Corporation.
